One big broadcast network just wasn’t enough for HGTV’s “Property Brothers.”

The twin brothers who rose to fame for buying and fixing up homes are now producing a sitcom for Fox.

Drew and Jonathan Scott will be executive producers on the show alongside another pair of brothers: Jon and Josh Silberman, who will be both executive producers and screenwriters for the new show, according to Variety. The Silbermans previously worked on “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” among other TV credits.

The new show inspired by the Scott brothers is going to be called “It Takes Two”–the same title as their memoir–and the plot will loosely follow two brothers who team up to work in real estate. Drew is a real estate broker, while Jonathan is a licensed contractor in real life.

Fox reportedly gave the show a script commitment with penalty, meaning that a specified number of shows will be written and Fox will pay an undisclosed fee if the broadcaster doesn’t ultimately pick up the show. [Variety]–Amanda Rabines and Erin Hudson
