Mark your calendars: These are South Florida’s top real estate events next week

Next week there will be two real estate events in South Florida.

On Oct. 29-31, the Miami Association of REALTORS is hosting its Miami International Real Estate Congress event at the Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Avenue. Attend and hear from industry leaders discussing Miami’s real estate market. Ted Jones of Stewart Title, John Wong of AREAA National, Ron Shuffield of EWM Realty International, among others, will provide speeches at the event.

On Oct. 30, the Miami Herald is hosting its WYNWOOD: The Next Chapter event from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m at the Light Box at Golden Warehouse, 404 Northwest 26th Street. Come and learn about the future of the industrial district-turned-arts hub. The 2018 State of the Market Report will also be announced at the event, presented by Anthony Graziano of the Wynwood Business Improvement District. Tony Cho of Metro 1, Jon Paul Perez of the Related Group and Jessica Goldman Srebnick of Goldman Properties will also speak at the event.
