The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $635k to $1.7M

Condo sales in Miami-Dade took a dive last week.

The county recorded 107 closings for a total of $33.75 million, a roughly $20 million drop from the previous week’s 150 closings for a total of $54.2 million in sales volume. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $315,500 or nearly $260 per square foot.

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $635,000 to $1.7 million.

The top two condo sales were for units in Coral Gables. Units 803 and 804 sold for a collective $3.29 million at Deering Bay. Unit 804, a four-bedroom, 3,288-square-foot condo, sold for $1.7 million. Next door, unit 803, a three-bedroom, 2,972-square-foot condo, traded hands for $1.59 million. Geraldine Brodie represented the seller and Aurelia Falero brought the buyer in both deals.
