The owner of a waterfront mansion in Palm City will offer the property for sale Thursday in an auction without a minimum required bid.
National Auction Group of Gadsden, Alabama, will conduct the live auction on the premises of the Palm City mansion at 6055 Southwest Mapp Road.
The 10-bedroom residence has about 700 feet of frontage on the St. Lucie River, and it is located a short drive from the ocean. Owner financing is available.
The property includes two guest homes, a four-car garage and a recreational vehicle garage with an office, plus indoor and outdoor kitchens, a heated swimming pool, a spa and a tennis court.
Individuals who want to bid on the property must deposit $100,000.
Registration for the auction starts at 5 p.m. EST on Thursday and the auction will begin at 7 p.m. EST.
