Richard Lombari and Brigitte Lina Lombari’s “I Adore Miami Team” joined One Sotheby’s in its Aventura office. The group was the No. 3 producer for Keller Williams in Miami-Dade last year and among the top 20 Keller Williams teams in Florida. The team has closed more than $300 million in sales since it was created in 2011, according to a release.

Cecilia Samaja left Douglas Elliman and is now with EWM Realty International. Samaja was part of a group of agents who left One Sotheby’s for Elliman in 2016. Rose Harris, who was part of that wave of agents, also recently left Elliman for EWM.

JLL made two additions to its retail division in South Florida. Rafael Romero and Katie Fernandez-Espinosa both left CREC, which was recently acquired by Colliers International South Florida. Romero is now a senior vice president at JLL and Fernandez-Espinosa is a vice president. Romero led retail leasing at Downtown Dadeland, and Fernandez-Espinosa worked with tenants that include Marsh & McLennan, Eightfold Capital and Pollo Tropical.

Jonathan De La Rosa was promoted to vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office. He was previously a senior associate and is part of the brokerage’s national retail group. De La Rosa has closed deals totaling more than $150 million.

Dan Ross joined Native Realty, a Fort Lauderdale-based commercial real estate firm led by Jaime Sturgis. Native Realty has expanded this year, hiring John Brewer, Sara Dorfman and Amanda Roy.
