The Keyes Company celebrates the holidays

Members of the Keyes Company’s “family of companies” celebrated the holidays at the brokerage’s annual holiday party.

The Keyes Company, founded in Miami in 1926, has been owned by the Pappas family since 1969. In The Real Deal’s September ranking of the top residential brokerages of South Florida, the firm came in second with 3,000 associates and $3.4 billion in closed transactions across the tri-county region.

Turnberry Isle Resort Miami rebrands as JW Marriott Miami

The newly rebranded JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa just opened with a slew of updates including a new 16-story Orchid Tower, and a renovated hotel entrance and lobby with a new bar. The resort’s 18-hole golf courses, Soffer and Miller, were also revamped by retired professional golfer Raymond Floyd. JW Marriot Miami Turnberry officials and city leaders came together to celebrate the opening with a commemorative flag raising ceremony.

The second phase of the rebrand includes a waterpark called Tidal Cove, which is set to debut in the spring.
