A house for sale in a Philadelphia suburb comes with an underground space furnished for fornication. The basement has a sex swing and a four-poster bed with prison-style metal bars above the headboard.
Listing agent Melissa Leonard, told BuzzFeed News the residence is a “total suburban beautiful home” with a twist, “this sex oasis in the basement.” The five-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom, one-swing house in Maple Glen, Pennsylvania, just hit the market with an asking price of $750,000.
The owner has also offered the house for rent through Airbnb for $750 a night. (The total price includes a $250 cleaning fee.)
