On February 25th, ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean is holding a Development & Investment Forum on Fort Lauderdale at The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale, 1 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard from 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Attend for networking opportunities and feature discussions on the state of the market. Speakers include Dean Trantalis, Mayor of the City of Fort Lauderdale, and Ken Stiles, CEO of Stiles.

On February 28th, CREW Miami is hosting an event on Nightlife and Hospitality’s Influence on Miami’s commercial real estate sector at the Four Seasons Brickell, 1435 Brickell Avenue from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This event will feature networking opportunities, as well as discussion on how nightlife and hospitality continue to be a driving force of commercial real estate expansion in South Florida. Wendy Kallergis of The Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association, Keith Menin of Menin Hospitality and Robert Finvarb of Robert Finvarb Companies will provide speeches at the event.
