UPDATED, Feb. 27, 12:15 p.m.: The condo market held steady for the second week in a row in Miami-Dade.
Seventy-eight units sold for about $37.8 million last week, down from previous week’s 100-plus closings for $39 million. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $483,000 or $355 per square foot.
The most expensive sale was the $3.5 million trade of a penthouse at 1 Hotel & Homes. Unit 1704 sold for more than $2,000 per foot after more than a year on the market. Tracy Galya and Christina Hardin represented the seller.
A second unit at 1 Hotel & Homes sold for nearly $3.5 million, marking the second priciest condo sale of the week. After 389 days, unit 1415 sold for about $1,500 per foot. Galya and Zaida Navarrete Dudash represented the seller.
