An executive of Vista Equity Partners bought a unit at Carbonell Brickell Key for $6.6 million.

Darko Dejanovic, the operating principal at the U.S. technology investment firm, bought the 4,834 square-foot-unit for $1,365 per square foot, records show. Swire Properties’ Swire Pacific Holdings Asia sold unit 3204 at the luxury condo development at 900 Brickell Key.

The three-story unit has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, 12-foot high ceilings, a private elevator and a pool, according to Zillow.

Dejanovic recently bought a unit at the nearby Three Tequesta Point development on Brickell Key for $2.6 million in February, records show.

Swire Properties built the 40-story, 284-unit Carbonell in 2005. It was designed by J Scott Architect.

Swire Properties is the U.S. real estate arm of its Hong Kong parent company and is the developer behind the Brickell City Centre.

Dejanovic’s Vista Equity Partners has $46 billion in capital commitments, according to its website. Dejanovic was previously the CEO of Active Network, a software platform for recreational sports.
