The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $995K to $5.9M

Nearly 200 condos sold last week in Miami-Dade County, an increase compared to previous weeks.

The number of closings totaled 189 for a total of $74 million, up from last week’s 123 closings for $64 million. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $389,000 or $317 per square foot.

A two-bedroom unit at the Four Seasons Residences at The Surf Club in Surfside sold for $5.9 million, marking the priciest condo closing of the week. The 3,424-square-foot unit, with Molteni furniture, Italian travertine floors, luxury appliances and white marble bathrooms, was on the Multiple Listing Service for 71 days before it sold. Charlotte Maietto brokered the sale of unit 617, in the north tower.

The second most expensive sale was of unit 1201 at the Grand Bay Residences in Key Biscayne. It sold for $5 million, or $887 per foot, after 243 days on the market. The listing agent was Ana Guillen and Daniel Guaty brought the buyer.
