Top 10 sales ranged from $1.3M to $4.1M

Condo sales took a dip last week in Miami-Dade.

A total of 127 condos sold for $55 million, down from last week’s 189 closings for $74 million. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $435,000 or $311 per square foot.

A penthouse at the Grand Venetian marked the priciest sale of the week at $4.1 million. Penthouse 4 at the Miami Beach condo building sold for nearly $900 per square foot after 127 days on the market. Jorge Martinez represented the seller, and Carlos Velez brought the buyer.

Unit 4008 at Jade Ocean in Sunny Isles Beach was the second most expensive condo sale. The 2,485-square-foot unit sold for $2.35 million after 173 days on the market. Bento Queiroz was the listing agent and brought the buyer.
