The Real Deal is partnering with the University of Miami School of Architecture’s Masters of Real Estate Development and Urbanism to present Shark Tank: Future Leaders in Real Estate Challenge on April 24.

Aspiring developers and industry titans are coming together for the first-ever challenge for our future leaders in real estate. This event, which will be emceed by TRD publisher Amir Korangy and managing principal of Miami Worldcenter Nitin Motwani, will give attendees an inside look at the closed-door investment process as three teams pitch their ideas for development projects to judges comprised of University of Miami graduate school board members and selected professionals chosen by TRD experts. The panel of judges include David Arditi, Aria Development Group; Richard Cava, Ipanema Properties; Lisette Calderon, Neology Life Development Group; Jay Masserman, Rivergate Companies; and Fred Rothman, Lennar Corporation.

TRD will donate a portion of the net proceeds to the University of Miami’s School of Architecture, Masters in Real Estate Development and Urbanism scholarship fund.
