C. David Sammons, who leads a major Subaru distributor in the Northeastern U.S., paid $11.6 million for the home of Palm Beach broker Jim McCann and his wife, interior designer Sara McCann.

Sammons and his wife, Diane, a dermatologist, closed on the five-bedroom, 6,815-square-foot house at 324 Garden Road in Palm Beach, property records.

The Bermuda-style house, built on a dry lot, features a large garden and pool and was built by Benitz Building LLC in 2010. It hit the market in February for $12.9 million, according to Realtor.com. Rosalind Clarke of Premier Estate Properties represented the sellers.
