A total of 98 condos sold for $43 million, a plunge from the previous week’s 144 closings for $78 million. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $440,000 or $340 per square foot.

A unit at the Santa Maria condo in Brickell sold for nearly $4 million, or $990 per square foot, marking the most expensive sale of the week. The four-bedroom, 4,030-square-foot unit was on the market for only 22 days before it closed. Fabian Dominguez represented the seller and Peter Liakouras brought the buyer.

The second priciest sale of the week was the $3.8 million trade of unit 2302 at Grovenor House in Coconut Grove. The condo sold for $944 per square foot after 164 days on the market. Riley Smith was the listing agent, and David Siddons was the buyer’s agent.
