Brazilian developer lists his Miami Beach mansion for $29M

UPDATED, May 3, 2:05 p.m.: Brazilian developer Leo Macedo is looking to sell his waterfront Miami Beach mansion for $29 million. Macedo paid $5 million in 2012 for the 32,000-square-foot lot at 30 Palm Avenue, and completed the house a year later.
