Ileana de la Torre tapped to lead sales of Arte by Antonio Citterio

Randy Carballo joined Blanca Commercial Real Estate as an executive vice president.

Carballo was previously a vice president at JLL, where his clients included World Fuel Services, Regus and Spaces, Morgan Stanley, L’Oreal, IATA and Sony. Carballo is part of Blanca’s tenant advisory practice and will work on major leasing assignments. Blanca has been expanding in recent months.

Ileana de la Torre of Corcoran Sunshine was tapped to lead sales of Arte by Antonio Citterio, a boutique luxury condo project under construction in Surfside.

The 16-unit, 12-story building at 8955 Collins Avenue is being developed by Sapir Corp. and designed by Citterio with Kobi Karp. It’s expected to be delivered this summer, according to a release. De la Torre previously led sales at The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at the Surf Club. Units at Arte by Antonio Citterio start at $10.2 million and go up to $40 million.

Compass Florida brought on the Simmonds Team from Keller Williams. The group, led by Amy and John Simmonds, includes nine agents and staff. They focus on North Palm Beach, including Jupiter, Abacoa, Jupiter Beach, Jupiter Farms, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Tequesta.

Lori McAlear joined Illustrated Properties in the company’s corporate headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens. McAlear was previously with BWG Realty, and has a background in marketing and management. Over the last two years, she closed nearly $17 million in sales volume, according to MLS data compiled by the Keyes Company. Keyes acquired Illustrated Properties in 2016.
