UPDATED, May 28, 12:40 p.m.: Penn-Florida Companies tapped Rochelle LeCavalier to lead sales of the Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Boca Raton.
LeCavalier joined Douglas Elliman in 2018 when the brokerage acquired her company, Pink Palm Properties. The Mandarin will have 92 units. It is expected to open in 2021, a year after the hotel is completed.
Fort Partners brought on Genevieve Lake as a sales associate at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale. Lake is licensed to sell in both New York and Florida, according to a release. She previously worked on sales of the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club in Surfside. The Fort Lauderdale Four Seasons project, a 22-story hotel and condo development, will have 130 guest rooms and 90 residential units. It’s slated to open in 2020.
Lawrence Dahman, who previously owned his own firm, Dahman Realty, joined One Sotheby’s International Realty in Boca Raton. Dahman, a past president of the Boca Raton Board of Realtors and a former state director of the Florida Realtors, has more than 40 years of experience.
Conner Milford joined Lee & Associates South Florida as an industrial sales and leasing associate. Milford specializes in sales and leasing of freight forwarding, aviation, and food processing and distribution.
Butters Realty and Management hired Brian T. Ahearn as a senior vice president of its industrial brokerage services team. Ahearn will be working out of the company’s headquarters in Coconut Creek. Ahearn’s clients have included Advance Auto Parts, Wells Fargo, Quanta Services, Irby and D.R. Horton.
Kim Bright joined Illustrated Properties, part of the Keyes Company, in Palm Beach Gardens. She was previously a sales associate with Sheehan Realty.
Annette “Babe” DeLuca, a professional golfer, joined Tinka Ellington’s team at Douglas Elliman in Boca Raton. DeLuca, who was also an All-State softball player and three-time state champion at Cardinal Newman, spent 25 years playing for the LPGA tour.
