The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $1.4M to $4.5M

Condo sales dollar volume fell slightly last week in Miami.

A total of 134 condos sold for $58.6 million in Miami-Dade County, a drop in dollar volume from the previous week’s 132 closings for $65.5 million. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $434,000 or $295 per square foot.

Porsche Design Tower had the highest priced condo sale of the week, the $4.5 million trade of a three-bedroom, 5,913-square-foot unit on the 37th floor. Unit 3705 was on the market for 805 days before it sold for $761 per foot. Romina Kotliar represented the seller, and Edgardo Defortuna brought the buyer.

The second most-expensive condo deal was at Oceanside Fisher Island. Unit 7232 sold for $4.25 million, or $926 per foot, after 289 days on the market. Jill Eber brokered both sides of the deal.
