A three-story, 117,000-square-foot fitness facility will soon be coming to Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens.

Palm Beach Gardens’ city council approved ShopCore Properties proposal for a new building with a Life Time Athletic facility, along with a 426-space parking garage on the north side of the 49-acre site, according to the Palm Beach Post.

The facility will include a salon and spa services, as well as wellness services such as yoga, nutrition and personal trainers. It also will include a children’s space, a sauna and whirlpool, and a ‘resort-style’ roof deck with pools, cabana and bistro.
