Top 10 sales ranged from $1.6M to $3.3M

Condo sales fell slightly last week in Miami.

A total of 126 condos sold for $60 million in Miami-Dade County, compared to 127 closings for $73 million.  Condos last week sold for an average price of about $475,000 or $346 per square foot.

After nearly 500 days on the market, a unit at Il Villaggio finally sold for $3.3 million, or about $1,500 per square foot. Unit 809, a corner unit, was listed with Bill Hernandez. The property includes access to private beach lounges, a pool and two-story fitness center. Lori Prepszent brought the buyer.

The second-most expensive condo sale of the week was at Oceana Key Biscayne. Lower penthouse 5 north sold for $2.7 million after 58 days on the market. Brigitte Nachtigall was the listing agent, and Esteban Ferrari was the buyer’s agent. The unit traded for $1,546 per square foot.
