Top 10 sales ranged from $740K to $4M

Condo sales fell in the first week of July, during the short holiday week.

A total of 99 condos sold for $38.5 million in Miami-Dade County, down from from 165 closings for $63 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $389,000 or $297 per square foot.

The top deal was for a three-bedroom, 3,130-square-foot unit on the 50th floor of Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach. Unit 5004 sold for $4 million, or nearly $1,300 per square foot. The listing agent was Gary Gold Waechter and the buyer’s agent was Elizabeth Margulis.

The second most expensive sale was the $1.3 million closing of Hidden Bay unit TS1805 in Aventura. The unit sold after 87 days on the market for $326 per square foot. The listing agent was Denise Rubin, while Nathalis Mcfarlane brought the buyer.
