Top 10 sales ranged from over $825K to $3.4M

Condo sales volume in Miami-Dade dipped at the end of July.

A total of 120 condos sold for $42 million in Miami-Dade County, compared to 118 closings for $59.4 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $351,000 or $277 per square foot.

The most expensive condo sale last week was the $3.4 million sale of Turnberry Ocean Colony unit 1804. A “motivated seller” sold the three-bedroom, 3,735-square-foot unit, according to the listing. Diane Cohen represented the seller, and Mitzi Mitchell represented the buyer. It closed after 94 days on the market for over $900 per square foot.

Unit 1604 in the north tower of the St. Regis Bal Harbour marked the second priciest sale of the week. After 109 days on the market, the condo sold for $2.75 million, or $1,098 per square foot. The listing agent was Leeor Bar-Haim, and Lydia Eskenazi represented the buyer.
