Top 10 sales ranged from over $805K to $5M

Condo sales rose slightly in Miami-Dade last week.

A total of 119 condos sold for $53.4 million in Miami-Dade County last week, up from 109 closings for $50.4 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $449,000 or $321 per square foot.

The priciest unit to sell in Miami-Dade County last week was at Murano at Portofino. Unit 2801 sold for $5 million, or nearly $1,500 per square foot, after 113 days on the market. Lisbeth Hazoury was the listing agent, and the buyer’s agent was Ximetta Mires. The three-bedroom, 3,365-square-foot unit was last listed for $6 million.

A 321 Ocean condo in Miami Beach was the second-most expensive unit sale. Sildy Cervera represented the seller, while Liz Hogan represented the buyer. Unit 379 sold for $4.3 million, or just over $1,500 per square foot, after 379 days on the market.
