The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $629K to $8M

Condo sales rose slightly, while sales volume fell by more than $10 million in Miami-Dade last week.

A total of 123 condos sold for $43 million in Miami-Dade County last week, down in terms of sales volume compared to $53.4 million for 119 units the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $340,000 or $252 per square foot.

The most expensive sale was the $8 million closing of Bayview Fisher Island unit 4911. After 248 days on the market, the Fisher Island condo sold for more than $1,200 per square foot. Jill Eber represented the seller and Lazaro Rivero brought the buyer.

A Brickell unit marked the second top sale of the week. Jade Residences unit 3011 sold for $2 million, or under $600 per square foot, after roughly two months on the market. Alfred Abon represented the buyer and seller.
