A group of executives tied to a West Palm Beach transportation company hauled their money together and bought a waterfront estate at the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club in Boca Raton for $12.1 million.

Curtis Watkins, Jennifer Wynne, Joseph Marzilli and Stanley Clark, who are tied to CGW transportation, bought the 9,203-square-foot house at 300 East Key Palm Road for $1,314 per square foot, records show. Doris and Neil Gillman sold the property.

The Gillmans bought the home in 2017 for $12.4 million, which means the home sold for about $300,000 less than what they paid. It was built in 2016 and has six bedrooms.

David Roberts with Royal Palm Properties represented the seller. Jonathan Postma with Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.

The high-end neighborhood features a country club that sits along the Intracoastal Waterway and Capone Island, along with a yacht club, a pool, a sports court, an entertainment patio and marina, fitness center and tennis courts.

In April, the head of the medical investment firm and his wife, Steven and Rebecca Scott, sold a 8,570-square-foot house at 271 West Coconut Palm Road in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club for $11 million, records show.
