Miami condo sales rose last week, led by a unit at Jade Signature.
A total of 117 condos sold for $48.5 million in Miami-Dade County last week, compared to the 116 units that sold for a combined $37 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $414,000 or $307 per square foot.
Jade Signature unit 1503 sold for $3.7 million, or nearly $1,300 per square foot. The three-bedroom, 2,931-square-foot condo was on the market for 621 days before it closed. The listing agent was Sandra Chartouni and the buyer’s agent was Carlos Rojas. It sold fully furnished, with Artefacto furniture and Ornare closets.
The second-most expensive sale of the week was at the St. Regis Bal Harbour. Unit 1104N sold after 120 days on the market for $2.48 million, or $1,472 per square foot. Liliana Restrepo was the listing agent, and Marine Guadalpi was the buyer’s agent.
