CoStar has long dominated the commercial real estate data space, but it does not have a public portal. The commercial listings giant has 5.1 million property listings, according to its website.

Earlier this year, the National Association of Realtors finalized an agreement with the Commercial Real Estate Exchange Inc., known as Crexi, to integrate its data with Realtors Property Resource, a database for commercial and residential Realtors. The deal gave NAR’s more than 1.3 million residential and commercial real estate members access to a free service and a discount off the premium service.

The Miami Association of Realtors is the largest of its kind in the country, and is composed of six organizations that include the residential association, the commercial alliance, Broward Miami, the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Council, the Young Professionals Network and the International Council.
