Movers & Shakers: Elmir Group launches CRE division, Pablo Alfaro team grows
Nikki Traff joined Colliers International South Florida as executive managing director of retail services
Camilo Franco and Caitlyn Henderson joined the Pablo Alfaro Group at Douglas Elliman as sales associates. They’ll work out of Elliman’s Miami Beach office at 1111 Lincoln Road. Alfaro has closed more than $1.5 billion in residential and commercial sales to date.
Patricia Prado joined Douglas Elliman from the Corcoran Group. Before that, Prado was with Silvia Coltrane’s Real Estate Transactions International in Surfside, which recently became a Corcoran office.
Karen Elmir of Cervera Real Estate’s Elmir Group launched a commercial real estate division. Martin Elortegui is leading the division along with manager Juan Parlade. It will offer buyer and seller representation, acquisition services, and landlord and tenant representation in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Robert Auerbach joined Compass. He was previously with Keller Williams Realty.
Nikki Traff joined Colliers International South Florida as executive managing director of retail services. Traff has 15 years of experience working with lifestyle and large shopping center owners, including Heitman, Principal Global Investors, Prudential Global Investment Management and Stronach Group. She was previously vice president at Madison Marquette.
Mauricio J. Barba & Partners, including Barba, Tania Lopez and Vicky Carreño, joined Compass in Coconut Grove. The group is bringing 11 listings with them. Barba’s team focuses on Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, South Miami, Palmetto Bay and Miami Beach.
Butters Realty & Management hired Caroline Fleischer as an executive vice president of occupier services. Fleischer joined the office leasing team, handling landlord and tenant representation assignments for Butters and its clients. She was managing principal of Cresa South Florida.
