Condo sales dropped off last week in Miami-Dade, likely due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
A total of 74 condos sold for $29.6 million last week, compared to 121 units that sold for a combined $58 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $401,000 or $315 per square foot.
The most expensive sale was at Mondrian South Beach. English singer Craig David sold the 1,895-square-foot tower suite 5 for $4.3 million, or $2,269 per square foot. Alexander Goldstein represented the seller, while Ashton Coleman brought the buyer. It was on the market for 90 days.
The second most expensive condo sale of the week was the $2.5 million trade of Grand Bay Residences unit 807. It was listed for 36 days on the market, and sold for under $800 per square foot. The listing agent was Thania Vernon and the buyer’s agent was Ileana Larrubia.
