Oscar winning actor Tommy Lee Jones sold his Wellington equestrian estate for $11 million.

Jones sold two parcels totaling 50 acres at 12550 40th Street South for $220,00 per acre, records show. The property sold to Maureen Brennan of Wellington.

Jones is known for his roles in No Country for Old Men, Men in Black, U.S. Marshals and The Fugitive. He recently starred in Ad Astra with Brad Pitt.

He purchased the two parcels for $3 million and $1.1 million in 2003, records show.

The sale price is a sharp discount from its 2013 listing price of $26.7 million.

The property features two barns with 48 stalls, as well as seven tack rooms, laundry facilities, multiple wash racks, and a fly-spray system. In between the two barns is a staff house that includes a full kitchen, living space, two full bathrooms, and four bedrooms, according to Realtor.com.

The equestrian estate also includes a regulation size polo field, a stick and ball field and an exercise track.

Wellington is considered the winter equestrian capital of the world and is home to the who’s who of power players who have equestrians in the family. The families of billionaires such as Bill Gates, Michael Bloomberg and the late Steve Jobs, as well as celebrities Billy Joel and Bruce Springsteen, all have homes in the village.
