Condo sales rose in Miami last week, though the total sales dollar volume fell.
A total of 94 condos sold for $36.6 million last week, compared to 73 units that sold for a combined $41 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $390,000 or $299 per square foot.
The top deal was the $8.5 million sale of Oceana Bal Harbour unit 1701.
The three-bedroom, 4,185-square-foot condo was listed with David Siddons and Dina Goldentayer for 84 days. It sold for $2,025 per square foot. Diana Shay and Elena Britatina brought the buyer.
The second most expensive sale was at Continuum South in Miami Beach. Unit 3502 sold for $3.25 million, or $1,815 per square foot. Sonia Toth brokered both sides of the deal. It was listed for 29 days.
