Condo sales and total sales volume fell in Miami.
A total of 82 condos sold for $34 million last week, compared to 94 units that sold for a combined $37 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $412,000 or $300 per square foot.
The top sale was at Residences at Vizcaya. Unit 202 traded for $4.3 million, or $951 per square foot. The four-bedroom, 4,520-square-foot unit was on the market for 228 days before it sold. Eva Garzon Gonzalez represented the seller, and Jessica Wolf brought the buyer.
The second most expensive sale was at Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club. Unit 610 in the south tower sold after 212 days on the market for $2.65 million, or $1,241 per square foot. Jo-Ann Forster represented the seller, while Jennifer Markovich brought the buyer.
