Condo sales rose last week, led by a $5 million-plus sale at Oceana Bal Harbour.
A total of 112 condos sold for $52.6 million last week. That’s compared to 100 units that sold for $41.5 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $469,000 or $317 per square foot.
Unit 1006E at Oceana Bal Harbour sold for $5.35 million, or $2,114 per square foot. The three-bedroom, 2,531-square-foot condo sold after 202 days on the market. Mantas Kudrinas represented the seller, and Adriana Companet brought the buyer.
The second most expensive sale was at Grand Bay Tower. Unit 701 sold for $3.5 million, or $886 per square foot. The listing agent was Elena Iturriaga, and the buyer’s agent was Alejandro Suero. It was listed for 232 days before selling.
