A total of 234 condos sold last week for $201.7 million, up from 186 condos that sold for $129.6 million the previous week.
Units sold for an average price of $862,000, up from $697,000 the previous week. Condos sold for $456 per square foot on average, up from $423 the prior week.
The most expensive sale was for unit 7083 at Palazzo Del Sol on Fisher Island. The unit sold for $13 million, or $2,744 per square foot, after 731 days on the market. Dora Puig represented the seller, while Lourdes Poucel represented the buyer.
The second most expensive sale of the week was for two combined units at Continuum South Tower in Miami Beach. Units 2803 and 2804 sold for $12.1 million, or $2,539 per square foot, after 69 days on the market. Sheila Rojas represented the seller, while Burton Wilkins III represented the buyer.
