A total of 305 condos sold last week for $235.2 million, up from the 243 condos that sold for $154.9 million the week prior.
Units sold for an average price of $771,000, up from $634,000 the previous week. Condos sold for $435 per square foot, on average, down from $517 per square foot.
The most expensive sale was for unit 1904 at Apogee in Miami Beach. The unit sold for $16 million, or $3,852 per square foot, after 237 days on the market. Luis Gonell represented the seller, while Dora Puig represented the buyer.
The second most expensive sale of the week was for unit 6884 at Palazzo Della Luna on Fisher Island, which sold for $10.9 million, or $2,291 per square foot, after 24 days on the market. Dora Puig represented the seller, and Oxana Obolevitch represented the buyer.
