Both condo sales and dollar volume fell last week in Miami-Dade County.
A total of 260 condos sold for $206 million last week, down slightly from the 278 condos that sold for $242.4 million the week prior.
Units sold for an average price of $792,000, down from $872,000 the previous week. Condos sold for an average of $449 per square foot, up from $440 per square foot.
The most expensive sale was Maxim Group Vice Chairman Edward Rose’s purchase of a unit at Apogee. The Miami Beach condo sold for $9.3 million, or $2,227 per square foot, after 39 days on the market, according to condo.com.
The second most expensive sale of the week was for unit 1508 at Prive in Aventura, which sold for $6.8 million, or $1,180 per square foot. The unit was on the market for 40 days. Carlos Gutierrez represented the seller, while Michael Neumann represented the buyer.
