An insurance honcho and attorney couple sold their oceanfront home in Gulf Stream for $11 million.
Records show Louis Campisano and Jeanette Frankenberg, individually and as trustees of The Gulf Stream Family Trust sold the home at 3813 North Ocean Boulevard to Ronald Kochman, trustee of The 3913 N. Ocean Trust.
Campisano is president of New Jersey-based insurance company Louis Campisano Insurance Agency, according to his Linkedin page. Frankenberg is an attorney.
Kochman is an attorney at Kochman & Ziska PLC in West Palm Beach.
Campisano and Frankenberg bought the home in 2015 for $6.5 million, records show. In 2018, the married couple sold a three-bedroom, oceanfront condo in Gulf Stream for $5.2 million.
They first listed the house for $11.5 million in 2016. After many price changes, it was listed for $13 million in January. Thor M. Brown with the Corcoran Group represented the seller, while Lawrence Moens of Lawrence A. Moens Associates represented the buyer.
The 5,813-square-foot house has five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. Designed by Randall Stofft, it was built in 2001.
Gulf Stream is a beachy town between Boynton Beach and Delray Beach. Actor Kevin James bought an oceanfront estate in Delray Beach for $14 million in February.
In August, the founder of the Flex Seal Family of Products, made famous by his infomercials, paid $20 million for a 1-acre compound at 1275 North Ocean Boulevard in Gulf Stream, marking a record for residential sales in the town.
Up the road in Ocean Ridge, a spinal surgeon paid $10.1 million for a beachfront home in March.
