Condo sales rose last week in Miami-Dade County, while dollar volume fell.
A total of 284 condos sold last week, up from 260 the previous week. Condo sales totaled $189.2 million, down from $206 million.
Units sold for an average price of $666,000, down from $792,000 the previous week. Condos sold for an average of $406 per square foot, down from $449 per square foot.
The most expensive sale was an $18 million penthouse at Oceana Key Biscayne. The Key Biscayne unit sold for $2,270 per square foot, after 302 days on the market. Lourdes Alatriste represented the seller, and Claudine Coto represented the buyer.
The second most expensive sale of the week was for unit 6876 at Palazzo Della Luna on Fisher Island, which sold for $7.6 million, or $1,996 per square foot. The unit was on the market for 28 days. Dora Puig represented both sides of the deal.
