Movers & Shakers: Cushman taps former JLL vice president as managing director & more

Former One Sotheby’s sales director joined Aman

Tyler Reynolds joined Cushman & Wakefield as managing director in the firm’s Miami office. Reynolds, who began his career at Cushman, was previously a vice president at JLL.

J.P. Rosenbaum joined Arch Companies as a partner and head of Arch Development. Rosenbaum leads the firm’s residential and development work in South Florida and provides development and construction consulting services to owners and investors. Before joining Arch, he was a principal at Pebb Capital.

Lee Koniver joined Koniver Stern Group to focus on retail tenant and landlord representation. Koniver, son of Bruce Koniver, was previously with JLL for more than two years. His clients include CGI Merchant Group’s 55 Miracle Mile property, Chevre Miami, Fly Fuel and Allbirds.

Aman tapped Fadia Bassi as regional director of residences sales for North America. She joins the company from One Sotheby’s International Realty where she was a regional sales director. Bassi will focus on the Aman Residences projects in New York and Miami, Amanvari in Mexico, and others in the pipeline.

Building envelope engineering firm Façade+Envelope promoted Cristina Moreno and John Delgado to vice presidents. Moreno joined the company in 2016 and runs the inspections department. Delgado leads the engineering department.
