Palm Beach real estate agent Jennifer Hyland joined the Corcoran Group after 15 years with Illustrated Properties.
Hyland was managing director of the Palm Beach Gardens-based Peters & Hyland Group at Illustrated Properties, which merged with Keyes Company in 2016.
She now returns to New York-based Corcoran, where she hung her license between 2004 and 2005, according to a spokesperson.
Her teammate Dan Igo also left Illustrated to join Hyland’s team at Corcoran. Dolly and Michael Peters, as well as other members of the group, remain at Illustrated.
“We wish Jennifer well and hold her in the highest regard,” Mike Pappas, president and CEO of the Keyes Company/Illustrated Properties, said in a statement.
Hyland had been a top broker at Illustrated. Last year, she sold $54 million worth of real estate, and so far this year has more than doubled that with $110 million in closed dollar volume. She is bringing $31.1 million of listings with her to Corcoran, according to a release.
Hyland said in a statement that she is grateful for her time at Illustrated.
In April, she represented the seller of a waterfront mansion in Palm Beach Gardens that sold for nearly $9 million, or a record price per square foot of about $1,500 per square foot. Trans Am Series driver Simon Gregg, son of the late racing champion Peter Gregg, purchased the property.
Corcoran has been expanding in South Florida. Earlier this year, agents Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon left Douglas Elliman to join the brokerage in Miami Beach.
