Joining him in the move to Miami is Wells Waller, who is moving from JLL’s Dallas office to the Miami industrial team. Waller specializes in joint venture equity raises and cold storage, the release says.

The law firm Day Pitney brought in Daniel Diaz Levya as a partner to head the real estate law practice in its Miami office, according to a press release. Day Pitney is absorbing Levya’s boutique real estate law practice, Diaz Levya Group, which was previously based in Coral Gables.

Joining Levya in the move to Day Pitney is attorney Amanda Gomez, and paralegals Ana Siddiqui, Ana Laura Garcia, and Dayleen Anchia, the release says.
