Movers & Shakers: Colliers appoints Ana Paula VP in South Florida 

Plus: Kolter Hospitality hires VP; Illustrated Properties adds agent to its Jupiter office

South Florida real estate firms are continuing to bulk up on personnel.

Colliers brought in Ana Paula as the firm’s vice president for South Florida. Paula’s role will specialize in agency and tenant representation, and she will be working out of Collier’s Miami office, according to a release.

Paula was previously vice president at Blue Box Real Estate, a Coral Gables-based commercial real estate firm. She has worked on commercial leases totaling more than 3 million square feet over the course of her career, the release shows.

Delray Beach-based Kolter Hospitality also added a vice president. The firm hired Sara Martinez as vice president of sales and marketing, according to a press release. Martinez will oversee revenue, commercial initiatives and strategy for Kolter, the release says.

Lissette Fernandez jumped ship to the Nicolas Group at Compass, where she is now director of sales for the team. Fernandez was previously director of sales for Dora Puig at Luxe Properties.

Illustrated Properties, a Keyes Company brokerage in northern Palm Beach County, brought in agent Bradley Hurst to its Jupiter office, according to a press release. Previously, Hurst spent nearly three years as an agent with Water Pointe Realty Group in Tequesta. Prior to that, he worked with Keller Williams in Jupiter for two years, according to LinkedIn.

Miami-based real estate law firm Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes added another partner to its ranks. Paul Savage joined the firm as a partner focusing on local government, historic designation, and development approvals, according to the announcement.

Savage was previously a partner with Coral Gables-based Rasco, Klock, Perez & Nieto, LinkedIn shows. Before that, he operated his own legal practice, Savage Legal, for eight years in Coral Gables.
