Trésor closings lead Miami-Dade weekly condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $2.2M to $14M

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales dollar volume and average price rose last week, while the number of closings fell.

Brokers closed 144 sales last week, down from 188 the week prior. Total condo sales came to $120.5 million, versus $100.5 million the week earlier. The latest sales averaged $837,000, up from $535,000; and the average price per square foot fell to $544 from $647, according to data from condo.com.

Last week, the two top sales were at the same condo building, and both were brokered by the same agents.

Two Trésor penthouses — in the south and north towers — closed for $14 million and $13 million, respectively. The $14 million sale closed at $3,111 per square foot, after spending 177 days on the market. The $13 million sale closed at $2,889 per square foot, after spending 183 days on the market. Linda Schechter and Gary Feinberg, both with Compass, had both listings. Michele Redlich with Coldwell Banker represented the buyer for both sales.
