Healthy aging medical center Pur-Form opened at Florida Atlantic University’s tech and innovation office campus Research Park.

Pur-Form, led by Dr. Joseph Purita, leased 12,300 square feet at 3600 FAU Boulevard in Boca Raton, according to a news release from the property owners. Pebb Enterprises and Banyan Development own the entire seven-building Research Park office portfolio at 3600-3998 FAU Boulevard.

Pur-Form offers regenerative therapies for orthopedic, aesthetic and functional needs, the release says. Procedures include Cryo Aesthetics, or the application of heat and cold to target wrinkles and excess fat; and VSELs, or very small embryonic-like regenerative cells that can form into many other body cells to target muscle and joint pain, as well as improve metabolism, according to Pur-Form’s website.

Last year, Pebb and Banyan, both based in Boca Raton, paid $37.5 million for the Research Park buildings. They lease the land from FAU’s governing authority, the Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority.
