The final chapter of HBO’s “Succession” kicked off last week, and while the fictional Logan Roy’s heir apparent remains unknown, Jose Juncadella has his answer.
Juncadella’s son, Sebastian Juncadella, was named CEO of the Miami-based commercial real estate firm Fairchild Partners, according to a press release. Jose Juncadella founded the firm in 2005, and Sebastian Juncadella joined the company in 2013.
Since then, the younger Juncadella has been involved in leasing millions of square feet. He has represented institutional landlords like USAA, Lincoln Property and PGIM, according to the firm’s website.
Commercial real estate brokerage Lee & Associates nabbed two brokers from New York City-based Newmark, a press release shows. Greg Milopoulos is joining the firm as a principal in its Deerfield Beach office, and Christian Baena will be a vice president in the firm’s Miami office.
Prior to Lee & Associates, Milopoulos worked at Newmark for five years and was most recently an associate director at the firm, LinkedIn shows. In his new role, Milopoulos will head Lee’s industrial market activity in Broward County, according to the release.
Baena was an associate at Newmark for just seven months before moving to Lee & Associates, LinkedIn shows. Prior to Newmark, Baena worked for five years as an associate at Miami-based FIP Commercial. He will be working with Milopoulos on industrial deals in his role at Lee & Associates.
Residential brokerage Brown Harris Stevens added two brokers to its Coconut Grove office, Navi Kalia and Isaac De Castro, according to a press release. Both brokers are licensed in New York, New Jersey and Florida. De Castro has been an agent with Brown Harris Stevens in Hoboken, New Jersey since 2015, LinkedIn shows.
