Miami-Dade condo sales rebounded last week, capping several weeks of declines.

Condo sales dollar volume reached $99 million last week, up from $73.2 million the week before.

Brokers closed 145 condo sales, a jump from 129 sales the week prior. Condos sold for an average price of $683,000, up from $567,000. The average price per square foot slipped a few dollars to $520 from $525, according to data from condo.com.

The Fairchild unit 501 at 3581 East Glencoe Street in Miami’s Coconut Grove topped the charts last week at $6.6 million. Robin Depeder with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Marco Tine with Casa Collection Realty represented the buyer. The unit sold for $2,059 per square foot after spending 58 days on the market.

A St. Regis condo snagged last week’s second priciest sale. Unit 2200 at 9703 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour traded for $6.3 million after spending 193 days on the market. Alan Chocron with Compass had the listing, and Gregory Gringruz with The Island represented the seller. The deal breaks down to $2,315 per square foot.
