Miami-Dade County condo sales and dollar volume rose last week, while the average sale price and price per square foot dropped.
Condo dollar volume reached $126 million last week, up from $101 million the week prior. Brokers closed 170 sales, compared to 116 sales the previous week. Condos sold for an average price of $743,000, lower than the $867,000 average a week earlier. The average price per square foot fell to $537 from $568, according to data from condo.com.
The Bath Club clinched the top spot. Unit LPH03 at 5959 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $6.4 million. Joanne Jones with Compass Florida had the listing, and Tara Elias Schuchts with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer. The unit sold for $1,758 per square foot, after spending 200 days on the market.
Muse Residences unit 3101, at 17141 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, took second place at $5.5 million. Sheerel Toledano with Douglas Elliman had the listing. The condo spent 184 days on the market and sold for $1,714 per square foot.
