Miami-Dade County dollar volume fell slightly, despite more deals closing last week.
Condo dollar volume totaled $115 million last week, down from $118 million the week prior. Sales totaled 155, six more than the previous week. Units sold for an average price of $740,000, lower than the $795,000 average a week earlier. The average price per square foot was $506, down from $534 per square foot the previous week, according to data from Condo.com.
The priciest sale was the $11 million closing of unit 1802 in the south tower at Grove at Grand Bay, at 2675 South Bayshore Drive in Miami. Dora Puig with Luxe Living Realty had the listing and Chad Carroll with Compass represented the buyer. The unit sold for $2,273 per square foot after 140 days on the market.
The Surf Club unit S410, at 9001 Collins Avenue in Surfside, took second place at $5.7 million. Mick Duchon and Eloy Carmenate with Corcoran had the listing. Ximena Penuela with Fort Realty represented the buyer. The condo spent 27 days on the market and sold for $2,669 per square foot.
