Miami-Dade County condo sales, dollar volume and average price fell last week.
Brokers closed 129 condo sales totaling $82.4 million last week, down from 155 condo sales totaling $115 million the previous week. Units sold for an average price of $638,000, also lower than the $740,000 average a week earlier. The average price per square foot was $517, up from $506 per square foot the previous week, according to data from Condo.com.
The priciest sale was a $10.2 million closing at Fendi Château. Unit 705 at 9349 Collins Avenue in Surfside sold for $3,057 per square foot. Mariana Niro with Serhant had the listing, and Daniel Tzinker with The Agency Florida represented the buyer. The unit sold after one day on the market.
Park Grove Unit 8B at 2811 South Bayshore Drive in Miami’s Coconut Grove took second place at $4.9 million. Andres Vidal with EXP Realty brokered both sides of the deal. The condo spent 38 days on the market and closed at $1,907 per square foot.
